Swallows 4 follows broadly the same format as the other Cupar U3A walking groups, with a walk on the fourth Wednesday of each month followed by refreshments in a cafe or pub. Walks are 5 - 7 miles and normally start at 10 am.
Members are asked to take a turn leading a walk of their choice. In order to keep walks manageable a cap of 20 members has been placed on this group.

Many thanks to Barbara for leading October's excellent walk in and around Lucklawhill and for hosting lunch in her home.
The August walk, pictured below, was an excellent walk to Mount Hill and Hopetoun Monument.
