The u3a in Scotland Spring Event will take place on Monday 18th March 2024 at 10.00 am on Zoom.  The event is open to all u3a members in Scotland, whether a committee member or not, so, please, circulate this among your members.

The event will start with an SGM (special general meeting) and details are in the attached document (Succession planning - letter to members).  Only one designated person from each u3a will be able to vote on the proposals, regardless of how many attendees there are from that u3a.

Information to register and receive the programme and Zoom link will be sent at a later date.

As well as the SGM, there will be a presentation on Fit for the Future from Liz Thackray, chair of the Trust board.
