Are you interested in poetry but never had the opportunity to take it further? If so, this group is for you. Each session will have a short talk (ten minutes or so) about a poet, with examples of her/his work. Then members of the group will have the opportunity to read one or two poems that they like. We will then talk about and respond to what we have heard over a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits. The aim is to enjoy the poems; no doubt there will be some old favourites and some new discoveries.

The contact for this group is Alastair Macfarlane. The group meets on Wednesday afternoons from 2 pm, every fortnight at Alastair’s house in Letham.
